Lenox Gold Market allows all customer to return their purchase items within 7 calendars for store credit only, no cash or credit card refunds will be made. you must bring the item in original conditions with all tag intact. You must have the original receipt in order to initiate an exchange or store credit. Any items that show signs of wear or damages are not refundable.

Some exclusions may apply. — All custom orders, repairs, layaways, and sale items are non-refundable.
