What quality jewelry do you have in stock?
All our pieces are made of 14-karat gold and never plated. We do have a small collection of 18k Gold items, however availability of 18k Gold items vary.
Are you diamonds natural?
All advertised items with diamonds sold by Lenox Gold Market are genuine and natural. We provide certificate of authenticity upon customer request.
What is the warranty on items purchased?
The diamond inventory has an automatic 6 month protection plan. This plan includes replacement of stones & discoloration. We will repair the item at no additional cost if it shows no signs of physical damage or alteration.
What form of payments do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express credit cards. We also offer financing options with Wells Fargo, & Synchrony Bank.
Where is the jewelry manufactured?
All of our jewelry comes directly from Italy. All designs are made in house by our professional designers.
